Made to Order
Every PetCraft Studio keepsake is custom-made just for you. Once your payment is confirmed and your pet photos are reviewed, our artisans begin handcrafting your piece. Because each item is made to order, please allow 10–15 days for production, depending on the style you choose.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of placing your order (this includes production time). Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier schedules.
Order Tracking
As soon as your keepsake ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also view the latest logistics information at any time in the order details page of your account.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Every finished piece goes through a careful quality inspection before it leaves our studio. Once we confirm everything is right, your keepsake is securely and properly packaged, then shipped by courier directly to the address you provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
All prices include worldwide shipping. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout for orders to the United States and Canada.

In most cases, yes — if you need your order sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Holiday Delays
Our artisans are based in China, so during Chinese public holidays (such as Chinese New Year and National Day), production time may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding — your keepsake is worth the wait!
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the United States and Canada, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations for details.
