Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

Every PetCraft Studio keepsake is custom-made just for you. As production begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable — unless the product has an obvious quality issue or defect.

The Beauty of Handmade

Every keepsake is handmade with care, which means each piece is beautifully unique. Because these are handmade products, minor imperfections are a natural part of the craft — no handmade piece can be completely flawless. Small variations in texture, finish, or detail are not considered defects. Rest assured, we quality-check every order before it ships.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you notice any obvious defect or damage after receiving your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number, and
Clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review the specific situation and provide a corresponding solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

Likeness Guarantee

We review every photo carefully before crafting, and we’re proud of the likeness we achieve. If you’re ever unhappy with the resemblance of your custom piece, reach out to us — we’ll work with you to make it right.

Cancellation

Because production begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, orders generally cannot be cancelled once they enter production. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production starts.
