How it works — 4 simple steps
1. Choose your keepsake & upload a photo
Pick any piece from our shop. On the product page you can upload your pet’s photo, add their name and tell us anything special — all in one step.
2. We send you a FREE design proof
Our artist prepares your design and emails it to you within 1–2 business days. Nothing goes into production until you say “yes”. Unlimited small tweaks included.
3. Hand-crafted, one at a time
Once you approve the proof we craft your piece by hand. Production takes 10–15 days.
4. Delivered to your door
Tracked worldwide shipping with free delivery included in every price. Shipping from our studio to the US then takes 7–14 days — most orders arrive 17–29 days after you approve the proof.
What makes a great photo?
- Face the camera — a clear, straight-on shot of your pet’s face works best.
- Good light — natural daylight beats a flash every time.
- Sharp, not blurry — we enlarge the photo, so detail matters.
- One pet per photo — for multiple pets, upload one photo each (or email us).
